Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

Noah's Tutoring Hub is an independent entertainment and study-tools service. It is not a school, school district, medical provider, or government service, and is not endorsed by one.

Accounts and age

You must provide accurate information needed to use paid services and keep your password secure. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. Do not share an account or use another person's payment method without permission.

Plus subscription

The price and billing interval displayed immediately before checkout are part of these terms. Plus automatically renews for that interval until cancelled. Stripe processes the payment; Noah's Tutoring Hub does not receive or store full card details.

You can cancel from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves Plus active through the paid period. Deleting an account cancels active subscriptions immediately and ends access; unused time is not automatically refunded. The refund policy explains available refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break laws, threaten or exploit people, evade security controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, harass others, or overload the service or its providers. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, and the service.

Games, AI, music, ads, and browser tools

Third-party content and services have their own terms and may change, fail, or disappear. AI output can be wrong and must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. The browser relay may not be used for unauthorized access, automated abuse, or prohibited content.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. Features may change for safety, provider availability, or cost control. Material subscription changes will be disclosed before they affect a renewal.

Support

Use Support inside the Hub or email noahhubofficial@gmail.com for billing, privacy, account, or safety requests. Never send a full card number or password.
